Would online dating help professionals deal with stress?

Long hours at the workplace can add stress to anybody's life. One of the best way to cope up with stress is to be with the family. Being in love and being loved has helped people for ages in coping up with stress. However being single and not having a love life can kill that channel out. I have often seen at my workplace that singles try to reduce the stress by resorting to smoking. The professional career demands long working hours and often requires sacrificing love for worklife. Being in human resources department, I have tried various times to organize social events so that we can reduce the work stress and it has been going effective so far. However the negative effects of stress can be said seen pretty clearly at my workplace.

Last month we even considered an option to enroll all our single professionals into a paid dating service. I personally believe that having a successful dating life can help employees improve their work productivity and help them cope with stress. I would love to know what you as a reader think about the best options to handle a stressful work career? Do you believe that enrolling employees in a dating service and helping them find someone to love and someone who loves them back would help in their career? How has your productivity changed when you were a single workaholic versus when you are in a relationship? Looking forward to readers comments.
